How Long Does Shipping Take?

Standard Deliveries will take 3-5 business days for delivery once the order has been processed.

When Do You Ship?

Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.

How Do You Ship Subscriptions?

Each individual subscription is sent to our fulfillment warehouse as a unique fulfillment request and cannot be combined with other orders. If you would like to combine or make changes to your existing subscriptions, login to your Aoures.com account, cancel your existing subscription orders and set-up a new subscription that contains all products you would like to receive in one shipment on an ongoing basis.

My Order Says Its Delivered But Isn't Here?

The postal service may prematurely scan your package as delivered when that may not actually be the case.
Please allow 24-48 hours after your package has been indicated as delivered for it to actually show up if it is not already with you!

Merchandise that is unworn and in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days with the packing slip included with the product.
